The advent of digital technology and online sales has transformed the way people select and purchase vehicles. However, trust remains a key factor in decision-making. How do you establish a relationship of trust with your users?
Reezocar's mission is to facilitate and secure the purchase or financing of vehicles throughout Europe.
Reezocar's strength is that we have no stock, so we can advise our customers with transparency and objectivity. We have no interest in offering one vehicle over another.
We place great importance on getting to know our customers, so that we can fully understand their projects and expectations and guide them towards a secure purchase. To achieve this, we offer :
1/ services such as accompaniment, inspection, warranty, registration, delivery, etc.
2/ or a certified purchase, i.e. we buy the vehicle for our customer.
Reezocar always adapts to the customer's needs.
We are very objective, and even before ordering an inspection, we carry out a few checkpoints with the seller. If the advisor feels that the inspection will come back negative, we direct our customer to another vehicle.
Reezocar sources vehicles from all over Europe to offer its customers the best models at the best prices. How do you select the vehicles you offer online? And how do you check their condition?
We list over 6 million vehicles throughout Europe. First of all, we want to give our users a choice. Then we offer 100% personalized support. To check the vehicle's condition, we carry out an inspection. To do this, we check and analyze around a hundred control points so that we can recommend the vehicle to our customer.
We can also offer our customers the opportunity to purchase a certified vehicle. This means that the vehicle comes from our network of trusted partners, is reliable and comes with a 12-month warranty for peace of mind.
Most of your customers are located in France. How do they get their vehicle back once the purchase has been made online?
Reezocar takes care of delivery anywhere in France, whether to the customer's home, office or vacation destination.
We offer two types of delivery: either by truck, where vehicles are loaded and then delivered, or by conveyor belt with Reezocar-certified drivers, who will drive the vehicle from point A (seller) to point B (buyer). Depending on the customer's needs and speed, we offer one of these options.
Does the customer have to negotiate the price with the vehicle seller? Once an agreement has been reached, how is payment made?
By using our services, the customer is never in contact with the seller, unless he or she so wishes. Reezocar takes care of everything and negotiates the price of the vehicle for the customer. In most cases, we manage to negotiate the price. Being professionals, it's actually easier for us and we're used to it. Once we've negotiated the price, we go 50/50 with the customer.
For any platform, the customer relationship is built over time, not just at the moment of purchase. How do you manage customer satisfaction over time?
We support our customers in their automotive project from start to finish. Each customer is in contact with a dedicated advisor who is present throughout the purchasing process at Reezocar. We have created a video campaign with several customers on our social networks to present their different purchasing experiences with Reezocar.
We pay great attention to every detail, especially when handing over the vehicle to the customer. I'm not telling you everything, of course, so as not to spoil the surprise!
