With the advent of digital and online sales, the way people select and purchase vehicles has been transformed. However, trust remains a key factor in the decision making process. How do you establish a relationship of trust with your users?
Reezocar's mission is to facilitate and secure the purchase or financing of vehicles throughout Europe.
The strength of Reezocar is to have no stock, so we advise our customers with transparency and objectivity. We have no interest to propose a vehicle rather than another.
We attach great importance to the discovery of our customer in order to understand his project and his expectations to guide him towards a secure purchase. And for that we propose :
1/ or services such as accompaniment, inspection, warranty, registration, delivery
2/ either a certified purchase, i.e. we will buy the vehicle for our customer.
Reezocar always adapts to the customer's needs.
We are very objective and before ordering an inspection we perform a few checkpoints with the seller. If the advisor feels that the inspection will come back negative we direct our client to another vehicle.
Reezocar sources vehicles from all over Europe in order to offer its customers the best models at the best prices. How do you select the vehicles you offer online? And how do you check their condition?
We reference more than 6 million vehicles throughout Europe. We want to give our users a choice. Then we offer a 100% personalized support. To check the condition of the vehicle we carry out an inspection. For this we check and analyze about 100 control points in order to be able to recommend or not the vehicle to our customer.
We can also offer our customers the opportunity to purchase a certified vehicle. This means that the vehicle comes from our network of trusted partners and that the vehicle is reliable and has a 12-month warranty for peace of mind.
Your customers are mostly located in France. How do they get their vehicle back once the purchase has been made online?
Reezocar takes care of the delivery everywhere in France, whether it is at the customer's home, at his office or on vacation.
We offer two types of delivery: either by truck where the vehicles are loaded and then delivered, or by conveyor belt with drivers certified by Reezocar, who will drive the vehicle from point A (seller) to point B (buyer). Depending on the customer's needs and speed, we offer one of these options.
Does the customer have to negotiate the price with the seller of the vehicle? Once an agreement is reached, how is the payment made?
By passing by our services the customer is never in contact with the salesman, except if he wishes it. Reezocar takes care of everything and negotiates the price of the vehicle for the customer. In the majority of the cases we manage to negotiate the price. Being professional it is indeed simpler for us and we have the habit. Once the price is negotiated we make 50/50 with the customer.
For any platform, the customer relationship is built over time, not just at the time of purchase. How do you manage customer satisfaction over time?
We accompany our customers in their automotive project from start to finish. Each customer is in contact with a dedicated advisor who is present during the entire purchase process at Reezocar. We have made a video campaign with several customers on our social networks to present their different experiences of buying with Reezocar.
We pay great attention to every detail, especially during the handover of the vehicle to the customer. I won't tell you everything of course so as not to spoil the surprise!
