On the occasion of our meeting with Mobilize, we had the pleasure of interviewing Fabrice Santacroce, Head of Mobilize Share, to find out more about Mobilize and its services. In this interview, he talks about Mobilize and the partnership with OTOQI. You'll be able to understand how Otoqi works with carsharing operators, and how our expertise will boost your fleet's performance and improve the customer experience.

We let you discover the interview!

Hello Fabrice, and nice to meet you! What is your current position at Mobilize?

Fabrice: Hello! I'm CFO of the Nice-Côte d'Azur plate, and I've been in charge of Mobilize Share for several decades.

Can you tell us a little about Mobilize? In concrete terms, who is Mobilize today?

Fabrice: Mobilize is a vehicle rental service and the manufacturer's fourth brand.

To put it plainly, Mobilize Share is here to offer its customers a rental service, both Renault and non-Renault customers, in replacement vehicles and loaner vehicles. We also offer a fleet of car-sharing vehicles in Nice.

What are the main challenges facing Mobilize in Nice today?

Fabrice: Today, the challenge is to continue the experiment with the Nice metropolis. That's why we've re-signed for two years. To better understand, we were in a test phase for the first two years. Now we've reached the point where we can expand our fleet to generate additional sales and satisfy our customers.

What did you find in your partner OTOQI that enabled you to meet these challenges?

Fabrice: When I said that we were past the development phase, OTOQI enabled us to evolve. OTOQI also enabled us to take into account all the vehicle maintenance and cleaning we used to do in-house. That's why we naturally turned to OTOQI, a car-sharing professional.

After six months of partnership with the company, I recommend OTOQI for their skills, their responsiveness, the team and their know-how. The company is showing us today that it is a company, like Renault was a few years ago, that wants to evolve. And we need to work with companies like these.

What are Mobilize's key objectives for 2023?

Fabrice: The objective for Mobilize Nice, like OTOQI, is to continue to grow and expand our fleet, to satisfy our customers more and more, and to consolidate our leadership in the city of Nice.
