On the occasion of our meeting with Mobilize, we had the pleasure of interviewing Fabrice Santacroce, head of Mobilize Share, to learn more about Mobilize and its services. During this exchange, he talks about Mobilize and the partnership with OTOQI. You will be able to understand how Otoqi works with carsharing actors and how our expertise will boost the performance of your fleet and thus improve the customer experience.
We let you discover the interview!
Fabrice: Hello! I am the financial director of the Nice-Côte d'Azur plate, and have been responsible for Mobilize Share for several decades.
Fabrice: Mobilize is a car rental service and the fourth brand of the manufacturer.
Clearly, Mobilize Share is there to offer its customers a rental service, whether they are Renault customers or non-Renault customers, in replacement vehicles and in loaner vehicles. We also offer a fleet of car-sharing vehicles in Nice.
Fabrice: Today, the challenge is to continue the experience with the Nice metropolis. This is why we have re-signed for two years. To better understand, we were in a test phase for the first two years. Now, we have reached a threshold where we can develop our fleet to have additional turnover and necessarily satisfy our customers.
Fabrice: When I said that we have passed the development phase, OTOQI has allowed us to evolve. OTOQI also allowed us to take into account all the maintenance and cleaning of vehicles that we used to do internally. This is why we naturally approached OTOQI, which is a car-sharing professional.
After six months of partnership with the company, I recommend OTOQI for their competences, their reactivity, the team but also for their know-how. The company shows us today that it is a company, as Renault was a few years ago, that wants to evolve. And we need to work with companies like these.
Fabrice: The objective for Mobilize Nice, like OTOQI, is to continue to evolve in order to have a larger fleet, to satisfy our customers more and more and to establish our leadership in the city of Nice.
